Finance Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 8:20 PM
Roll call was taken:
Present: City Clerk Ii, Aldermen Dell, Killey & Robinson
Also Present: Aldermen Moran & Scheidecker
Approval of Minutes: Committee members agreed to approve meeting minutes from May 16, 2016 at the next regularly scheduled finance committee meeting on June 21, 2016.
Review of Semi-Monthly Bills: Bills reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the Regular Council Meeting on June 13, 2016.
New Business: None
Audience Comments - None
There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Robinson and seconded by Alderman Dell to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 8:30
PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
