The campaign committee PEP Party Finance Committee owes a $146 fine imposed on Sept. 11, 2013, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $400 with Mark Weber listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show this is the only area campaign committee with pending fines.
