(4) Ordinance 2017-19 entitled “An Ordinance Adopting a Policy Prohibiting Sexual Harassment for the City of Sandwich, Illinois”. Presented for 1st reading.
(5) Regular Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 27th – Discussion to cancel meeting Foster, Buick, Conklin, Lundgren & Tritt LLC:
City Clerk: Review of 2018 Holiday and meeting schedules
City Treasurer:
Director of Public Works / City Engineer Horak:
(1) 2017 5th and 6th Streets Sanitary Sewer Lining Project: Preconstruction meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 9:30 am at Sandwich City Hall.
(2) Leaf Vacuuming: Schedule was extended for an additional week. Leaf vacuuming is currently scheduled to end on December 8th.
(3) Electronics Recycling on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm at the Duvick Avenue water tower, 750 N. Duvick Avenue.
(4) Municipal sanitary sewer service rates: Per Municipal Code Section 78-211(b), the municipal sewer user rates will be increased 2% beginning with water/sewer bills mailed after January 1, 2018.
(5) B.U.I.L.D. Incentive Program expires May 31, 2018 per Resolution 16-10.
(6) Illinois Public Risk Fund reserved $16,098 through their grant program for safety equipment.
