Approval of Minutes: from the Committee-of-the-Whole Council Meeting December 18, 2017; also Special Council Meeting December 21st, 2017, also Special Council Meeting December 18th, 2017; meeting of December 26th, 2017 was cancelled, therefore no minutes to be approved.

Approval of January Semi-Monthly Bills: totaling $268,835.01

1. Electronics Recycling on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm at the Duvick Avenue water tower, 750 N. Duvick Avenue.

2. Church Street (U.S. Route 34)/Indian Springs Drive Intersection: ComEd (Intren) working at the intersection on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 6pm to 10pm. Traffic signal operations may be affected.

3. Geotechnical Proposals

a. 2018 HMA MFT Project - Recommendation to authorize the Mayor to sign the Rubino Engineering Inc. proposal for pavement cores as a lump sum of $2,750.00.

b. Public Safety Complex Project – Recommendation to authorize the Mayor to sign the Rubino Engineering Inc. proposal for soil borings and pavement cores as a lump sum of $7,250.00
