Peru Committee of the Whole met Feb. 5.

A Committee Of A Whole meeting was called to order by Scott J. Harl in the Peru City Council Chambers on Monday,
February 5, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.
City Clerk Dave Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Potthoff, Ferrari, Waldorf, Lukosus, Radtke, Sapienza, Payton and Ballard present; Mayor Harl present.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Harl asked for a motion to go into closed session to discuss meetings for the discussion of minutes lawfully closed under the act either for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as required by the act. Alderman Waldorf made a motion to go into closed session. Alderman Payton seconded the motion. City Clerk Dave Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Potthoff, Ferrari, Waldorf, Lukosus, Radtke, Sapienza, Payton and Ballard voting aye; motion carried.
Closed session began at 6:31 p.m.; ended 6:59 p.m.
Alderman Payton made a motion to re-open the meeting at 6:59 p.m. Alderman Waldorf seconded the motion. City Clerk Dave Bartley called the roll with Aldermen Potthoff, Ferrari, Waldorf, Lukosus, Radtke, Sapienza, Payton and Ballard present; Mayor Harl present.
MINUTES
Mayor Harl presented the Committee Of A Whole Minutes of January 22, 2018. Alderman Ferrari made a motion that the minutes be received and placed on file. Alderman Potthoff seconded the motion; motion carried.
Mayor Harl presented the Committee Of A Whole Closed Session Minutes of November, 13, 2017; December 11, 2017; January 8, 2018 and January 22, 2018. Alderman Potthoff made a motion that the minutes be received and placed on file.
Alderman Ferrari seconded the motion; motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Alderman Payton made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Alderman Radtke seconded the motion and motion carried.
Meeting adjourned 7:01 p.m.
