1. Motion to accept the meeting minutes from March 26th, 2018. Motion carried

Old Business:

1. CLE, L-D Mural –Mayor spoke with Nathan to take a panel off. Suggestion to put a clearcoat over the panel so it doesn’t crack.

2. OVC Budget – 2018-19 proposed budget. With acceptance this will be a one year funding agreement with the City.

New Business:

1.Mural Committee recommendation – new location for LD mural

2. SRCCF New mural Fundraising – Pamela Beckett gave a presentation on donated funds for the new mural project with a brush with history. New Chairman of OVC will sign.

3. Funding agreement – 1 year funding agreement with the City. See budge approval 2018-19

4. OVC signage – Curt has a quote from designs n signs

5. Nomination of new board members
