ROLL CALL: Aldermen Sapienza, Ballard, Tieman present. Alderman Payton absent. Also present, Aldermen Lukosus, Edgcomb, O’Sadnick and Moreno present; Mayor Kolowski present.
MINUTES
Alderman Tieman made a motion to approve the Finance Committee Minutes of December 11, 2023.
Alderman Ballad seconded the motion; motion carried.

FINANCE
Finance Officer Tracy Mitchell reported on an untimely invoice received for over $100,000 noting over $26,000 are expenses from fiscal year 2023. PSM/Fire Chief Jeff King and Eric Carls, Director of Engineering and Zoning to communicate with the vendor. Alderman Edgcomb recommended an MOA or Master Services Agreement setting the terms.
