One Bureau County resident under 20 years of age tested positive for COVID-19 on September 6, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
In total, there have been 63 positive cases reported in Bureau County among residents under 20, accounting for 14.1 percent of all cases in the county. Through September 6, Bureau County has reported a total of 447 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, nine of which have ended with the victim’s death.
