Commissioner Eichelkraut presented minutes of previous meetings.
Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that the minutes of a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Ottawa, Illinois, held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, and the minutes of a special meeting held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, both be approved as recorded in the permanent files of the City Clerk.

Commissioner Eichelkraut presented Biweekly Salary Payroll.
Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that the Biweekly Salary Payroll of July 9, 2021, in the amount of $479,412.44, be approved and warrants issued.

Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that the Monthly Expense Report of July 20, 2021, showing expenses in the amount of $1,360,784.50, be approved and warrants issued.

Moved by Commissioner Eichelkraut that a Resolution appointing, approving, and authorizing the execution of 2 employment agreements for City Officials in James McGraw as part time NCAT bus driver and Kristina Delarosa as part time NCAT Reservation Specialist, which has been on file for public inspection since July 6, 2021, be adopted.
Second by Less.

Commissioner Eichelkraut reminded about Music in the Park on Saturday at 6:00 p.m.

Moved by Commissioner Ganiere that the Quote received from Precision Systems in the amount of $498,840.00 for a generator for the Central Water Plant be approved and paid for from the Water Fund.

Commissioner Rodriguez presented Resolution.
Moved by Commissioner Rodriguez that a Resolution requesting permission from the Illinois Department of Transportation to temporarily close Illinois Route 23 from West Main Street to Illinois Route 71 and portions of Albin Stevens Drive on Friday, September 17, and Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 5:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. for Run Starved Rock Country’s half marathon, be adopted.
Second by Eichelkraut.

Moved by Commissioner Less that an Ordinance authorizing the sale of personal property in a 2015 Chevrolet Duramax ambulance with sealed bids being accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 2, 2021, be passed and approved.

Moved by Mayor Aussem that a Resolution authorizing the execution of a master services agreement between the City of Ottawa and Premise Health Employer Solutions LLC, for 2021 employee wellness screenings, which has been on file for public inspection since July 6, 2021, be adopted.
