1. Continuation of a public hearing to consider a conditional request from James Boe and McDonald’s USA, LLC for a drive through in the C3 zoning district located at the southwest corner of McKinley Road and 1st Avenue. (IL 23).
NEW BUSINESS
1. A public hearing to consider a conditional use application from Laura and Brendan Nash for living space above an existing detached garage in the A-2 (Single and Two Family Residential) District located at 622 Chapel Street.
