ABSENT: Randi Paquette, Abby Kennedy
FUNDING REQUESTS: Pop Concert 3rd annual 03-28-26 from 5-9 pm at Central school request of $1,000 for school maintenance, sound tech and musician (Matt McKeever).
Motion $1,000 by Jim Reilly, 2nd Candy Moore Approved
Run Starved Rock Marathon: request for $2,500 Changed to $2,000 for Thrush Porto pots R&R Race Set Up Motion Jim Reilly, 2nd Ron Lambert – approved

FINANCIAL REPORT: no changes Motion to approve – Jani Eichelkraut, 2nd Michael Dougherty.
NEW BUSINESS: Status of Debate Days, Sunday August 23, Parade starts at 1:00 pm Rich requests all hands on deck @11:30 am to help with line up. Re-enactment is scheduled for Friday or Saturday which will depend on WGN, will keep SEC updated.
4th of July Fireworks set off at Central School. Food trucks at Lincoln Place, Libido Funk are set to perform. All sponsored by ODA Ottawa Downtown Association.
OLD BUSINESS: Easter Egg Hunt – No golden eggs. April 4, 2026-9 to 12. 2 Drink Trucks, Kendall Coffee and little Madd Café and 2 Food Trucks both breakfast oriented. Lucas to MC, Horse Trough for eggs, 1st Egg Drop 9:30 with 3 more to follow.
Music in the Park: 1 date open and those present voted to have it filled by Chris Farrell band, Dirt Road Reckoning. 3 other bands were considered.
NOTE: Golf Outing May 16th Deer Park Golf Club. Still need hole sponsors and Golf Teams, at present have 15 teams need at least 18. Contact Jade for more information.
