On Friday, April 11, former LaSalle-Peru Township High School standout Kaitlyn Gibson’s current college team, the Ball State Cardinals, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Miami RedHawks.

The game took place at First Merchants Ballpark Complex. This was their first matchup against the RedHawks this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 1 p.m. at First Merchants Ballpark Complex against Miami RedHawks.
