On Saturday, March 8, former Marquette High School standout Nick Melvin’s current college team, the UIS Prairie Stars, lost 8-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lewis Flyers.

The game took place at UIS Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Flyers this season.

The Prairie Stars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 12 p.m. at UIS Baseball Field against Lewis Flyers.
