There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Oglesby zip code 61348, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Illinois Valley Times.
The data shows that the released offender was Connie Steinbach. She was convicted of a property crime in 2015, when he was 58. She is now 63.
