On Sunday, March 2, former Streator Township High School standout Sean McGurk’s current college team, the Indiana State Sycamores, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kent State Golden Flashes.

The game took place at Clark–LeClair Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Flashes this season.

The Sycamores’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 4 p.m. at Bob Warn Field against Purdue Boilermakers.
