Village of Seneca Village Council met Feb. 10

1.) CALL TO ORDER
Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson at 5:00 PM.

All stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.
4.) OLD BUSINESS
A. Mayor Olson
1. Discussion and approval of Ordinance 2026-02, an ordinance approving and authoring the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Seneca, Seneca Township High School District 160 and Seneca Community Consolidated School District 170 for the acquisition and development of the Graves property.
Moved by Commissioner Weber, seconded by Commissioner Peddicord that the council approves Ordinance 2026-02, an ordinance approving and authoring the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Seneca, Seneca Township High School District 160 and Seneca Community Consolidated School District 170 for the acquisition and development of the Graves property.

Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.

Moved by Commissioner Peddicord, seconded by Commissioner Higgins to adjourn the Special Council Meeting at 5:03 PM
Motion carried with a voice vote of all ayes.
