The Peru Planning/Zoning Commission will consider a petition by C.I.T. Group Inc., which is applying for rezoning, special use, variances and resubdivision of Lot 1 in C&H Commercial Subdivision, at its next meeting 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, at 1901 Fourth St.
