You are further notified that any proposed annexation agreement and/or pre-annexationagreement may be changed, altered, modified, amended or redrafted in its entirety priorto and/or after the public hearing.
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given anopportunity to be heard, which public hearing shall be conducted in accord with the law
applicable in such circumstance.
