Peru City Council expected to buy winter road salt from low bidder

At a recent meeting, the Peru City Council was expected to approve a contract to purchase winter road salt from low bidder River Docks Inc.

The Peru City Council includes two members from each of the city’s four wards. Members meet at 7:30 p.m. every other Monday, except when Monday falls on a holiday, at Peru Municipal Building, 1901 Fourth St.
