The committee is a standing committee of the city council. Members advise the council on all financial matters affecting the community.

Finance Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM
Roll call was taken:
Present: City Clerk Ii, Aldermen Dell, Killey & Robinson
Also Present: Director of Public Works Horak & Police Chief Bianchi
Approval of Minutes: Committee members agreed to approve meeting minutes from June 21,
2016 at the next regularly scheduled finance committee meeting on July 19, 2016.
Review of Semi-Monthly Bills: Bills reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the RegularCouncil Meeting on July 11, 2016. Questions were directed to Director of Public Works Horak andPolice Chief Bianchi pertaining to their submitted invoices for CMAP and educational legal books,respectively. In the absence of Budget Director Barker, Clerk Ii was able to provide general answersasked by the Committee.

There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by AldermanRobinson and seconded by Alderman Dell to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 7:50PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
