Call to order and roll call
Trustee Kissane called the Finance Committee Meeting of July 27, 2016 to order at 6:45 p.m. Upon roll
call, a quorum was determined.
Approval of minutes of Finance Committee meetings of June 22, 2016
Motion by Trustee Knasiak seconded by Trustee Duner to approve the minutes from the Finance
Committee meeting dated June 22, 2016. Upon voice vote, the motion carried.
New Business
Discussion: Monthly Bills for July – Warrant - $169,625.58
Adjournment
Motion by Trustee Lisa Knasiak, seconded by Trustee Dianne Duner, to adjourn the Finance Meeting of
July 27, 2016 at 6:50 p.m. Upon voice vote the motion carried unanimously.
