Call to order and roll call
Trustee Duner called the Finance Committee Meeting of August 16, 2016 to order at 6:07 p.m. Upon roll
call, a quorum was determined.
New Business
Discussion: FY2017 Budget
Director Coughran led Trustees in a discussion of the draft FY2017 budget, highlighting issues and
changes for the coming year and answering questions from the Board.
Adjournment
Motion by Trustee Lisa Knasiak, seconded by Trustee Dianne Duner, to adjourn the Finance Meeting of
August 16, 2016 at 7:29 p.m. Upon voice vote the motion carried unanimously.
