Early-bird registration for Streator YMCA youth basketball ends Oct. 31

The early-bird registration deadline for youth-basketball leagues at the Streator YMCA is Oct. 31, according to StreatorYMCA.org.

Early-bird fees before Nov. 1 for players in Pre-K (ages 4-5) through first-grade beginners are $40 for members and $60 for nonmembers. For grades 1-8, fees are $50 and $90, respectively.

Fees from Nov. 1-30 are $50 and $70 for Pre-K through first-grade beginners and $60 and $100 for grades 1-8. The deadline for all registrations is Nov. 30.

All age groups have seven-game seasons. Coaches will set the schedules for practices, which will begin by mid-December. Games will begin Saturday, Jan. 14.
