a. ZBA 2016-02 (1020 E. Railroad Street): The applicant is seeking a variance to Section 2-2-9-B to reduce the required side yard setback of ten (10) feet by two (2) feet to maintain a side yard setback of eight (8) feet on the west side of the property.
(4) Hydrant Flushing: Thursday, October 27th and Friday, October 28th
(5) Electronics Recycling: A cost for items that contain Freon has been added by the recycler for all future events.
b. Dehumidifiers: $5.00
c. Mini-fridge or chest freezer: $10.00
d. Full-size refrigerator or full size freezer: $15.00
e. Any air conditioning unit: $15.00
Note that all food shall be removed from freezers and refrigerators by the owner prior to acceptance by the recycler.
