Marseilles City Council approves special event permit

The Marseilles City Council met Nov. 2 to approve a special event permit.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the council:

Marseilles is ruled by a commission form of government. The city council consists of the mayor and four commissioners.

Adopt Ordinance 1616, IPTV Franchise Renewal

Adopt Ordinance 1617, an Ordinance assigning zoning classification for annexed parcels of land and making zoning map amendment

Place on file Ordinance 1618, Tax Levy Ordinance 2016-2017

Place on file Ordinance 1619, an ordinance amending the Code of Marseilles as to water and sewer base fees

Adopt Resolution 2016-21, A Resolution to enter into an agreement for application services for an Illinois Housing Development Authority – Abandoned Properties Program (APP) Grant on behalf of the City of Marseilles
