The Illinois Valley YMCA has launched a new version of its mY rewards app, a flier recently posted on the group's Facebook page said.
The app is available by typing “Illinois Valley YMCA” into a device's app store.
Included on the app are exercise and class schedules and the latest news and announcements from the Illinois Valley and Mendota YMCAs. Users also can earn and check point balances in the mY rewards program. Points can be earned by working out in the wellness center, taking a class, using a personal trainer or swimming in the Link Aquatic Center.
Points can be redeemed for YMCA items and at supporting businesses.
Go to ivymca.com/my-rewards/enroll to enroll or re-enroll, or to download the mobile app. Enrollment also can take place at the front desk of the wellness center or Aquatics Center. Point balances will carry over to the new app upon re-enrollment.
