School's Out Camps for holiday break begin Dec. 26 at the Illinois Valley YMCA, 300 Walnut Drive in Peru, according to ivymca.com.
The camps are designed to provide activities for children in kindergarten through fifth grade during their holiday breaks from school. Activities include games, projects, swimming and tumbling.
Dates for the camps are Dec. 26-30 (Christmas break), Jan. 2-6 (New Year's break) and April 10-14 (spring break). Activities take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Daily fees are $35 for members and $40 for nonmembers. Costs for participants to attend for a full week are $120 and $145.
