Illinois Valley Community College (IVCC) will host its 18th annual Eagles Softball Clinic in the school's gym on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 18-19, according to www.ivcc.edu.
The Feb. 18 schedule has participants in grades 2-4 going from 8-10:30 a.m., while those in grades 5-8 will go from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 19 is grades 2-4 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and grades 5-8 from 1:30-4 p.m.
Participants need to bring athletic shoes and gloves; they can bring their own bat, if desired. All items should have identification on them.
Fees for both days are $30 per participant, which includes a T-shirt. The fee to participate one day is $20.
Registration can be done by calling IVCC Softball Coach Cory Tomasson at 815-224-0471 or reaching the athletic department at 815-224-0472. Registration sheets are available on the school's website.
