Notice is hereby given that a request, signed by at least one-third (1/3) of the Members of the LaSalle County Board for a special meeting as per LaSalle County Board Rules Section 14 meetings item B, to be held on April 26th, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., at the LaSalle County Government Complex, 707 E. Etna Road., Ottawa, IL has been filed in the County Clerk’s Office; said meeting to be held for the purpose of: to Discuss Reconstruction of the LaSalle County Highway Department Facilities for Damages Sustained by the February 28, 2017 Tornado
❖ Resolution: To Authorize the Reconstruction and Contracting for Design/Build firms of the LaSalle County Highway Department Facilities at its current site.
❖ Motion to recess meeting to May 11th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in room 250
❖ Chairman declares the meeting recess.
The Board will reconvene again on May 11th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in room 250
