Mayor Olson:
(1) Ordinance 2017-10 entitled “An Ordinance Amending Various Sections of Chapter 14 “Animal”, Article I “In General”, of the Municipal Code of the City of Sandwich and DeKalb Counties, Illinois” presented for passage.
(a) The Ordinance, if passed, will become effective ten (10) days after publication.
(b) City Hall will need to be advised of permit process, and necessary forms required for permit approval
(2) Main Street Pub & Grill Grand Opening July 29th
(3) Executive Session for contract negotiations under Section 2(c)(2)

(1) Brush Pickup: Brush pickup related to the June 14th storm has been completed. The City will return to the normal pickup schedule with Ward 4 on Monday, June 26th.
(2) Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity 2016/2017 Public Sector Energy Efficiency Standard, Custom and Clean Water Incentive Program – 2017 LED Street Lighting Upgrades: Request to approve payment to Twin Supplies, Ltd. of Oak Brook, IL in an amount of $16,089.00.
(3) Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting of Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 6:30 pm in the City Hall Annex.
a. ZBA 2017-02: Public hearing for the recommendation of approval of a reduction of required off-street parking spaces in an M-2 zoning district for 1305 E. 6th Street.
(4) 2017 Lisbon Street – Green to Main Reconstruction Project:
b. Request a motion to approve the proposal from Etscheid, Duttlinger, & Associates Inc. of Ottawa, IL for the engineering construction services in an amount not to exceed $49,140.00.
c. Preconstruction meeting will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27th at City Hall.
(5) Electronics Recycling: Meeting with DeKalb County at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28th at the DeKalb County Health Department to discuss potential July 1st price increases for the electronic recycling program.
(6) Local Pretreatment Limits Evaluation and Sewer use Ordinance Revision Assistance (Strand Task Order 16-02): Request to extend the completion date to December 29, 2017.
(7) Pratt Road Bridge – FY 2022 Major Bridge Program Application: IDOT did not select the Pratt Road Bridge for inclusion into the program. Next application cycle will be in September 2017.
(8) 2010 IDOT Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement: City has made application for reimbursement for traffic signal maintenance in an amount of $2,148.73 for July 1, 2016 to current and $433.50 for prior to July 1, 2016. The reimbursements are to be brought in “001.0000.10.4220 IDOT Sign Maint.”
