1. Public Hearing. On the petition of IAFM, LLC, petitioning to approve a preliminary plat, preliminary plan, and change the zoning and amend the zoning map for property described as lots 3 and 4 in block 1 and lots 3 and 4 in block 2 of Orchards Subdivision to the city of Streator, Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 3 east of the third principal meridian, being situated in Bruce Township, LaSalle County, Illinois from “R-1A” single family low density to “R-3” multi-family high-density residential zoning district under the provisions of the Streator municipal code of ordinances zoning code.
2. Plan Commission Recommendation 2017-05. Recommending approval of a change in zoning and amendment of the district zoning map for property described as lots 3 and 4 in block 1 and lots 3 and 4 in block 2 of Orchards Subdivision to the city of Streator, Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 3 east of the third principal meridian, being situated in Bruce Township, LaSalle County, Illinois from “R- 1A” single family low density to “R-3” multi-family high-density residential zoning district under the provisions of the Streator municipal code of ordinances zoning code.

Recommending approval of a preliminary plat for property described as lots 3 and 4 in block 1 and lots 3 and 4 in block 2 of Orchards Subdivision to the city of Streator, section 23, Township 31 North, Range 3 East of the third principal meridian, being situated in Bruce Township, LaSalle County, Illinois.

Recommending approval of a preliminary plan for property described as lots 3 and 4 in block 1 and lots 3 and 4 in block 2 of Orchards Subdivision to the city of Streator, Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 3 East of the third principal meridian, being situated in Bruce Township, LaSalle County, Illinois.
5. Plan Commission Recommendation 2017-08. Recommending approval of a parking plan for property commonly described as 2404 N. Bloomington Street in conjunction with the construction of Dollar Tree Store.
