V. Appearance Request: Mike O’Malley, Illinois Valley Waste Services re: Contract for services provided to the Village of North Utica

1.) Consideration and Possible Action re: Rescinding Ordinance 2017-12

2.) Consideration and Possible Action re: An Ordinance authorizing the Village President to enter into a Contract with Allied Waste for the purpose of providing trash and recycle service to the Village of North Utica
