Public Hearing – David Brewer request initial zoning to R (Rural) District at 1800 Popular Street legally described as the south twelve (12) acres of the east half of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section three, township 33 north, range 3 east of the third principal meridian except the north 30 feet thereof and also except the south 550 feet thereof, in LaSalle County, Illinois.
b. Public Hearing - Ottawa River Rescue Squad requests a conditional use for a Civic Use at 701 Hitt Street, legally described as: That part of Lots 1,2,3 and 4 in Block 33 of the Original Town, now City of Ottawa which lies South 0f Illinois Route 7 l and East of the lllinois Railnet Railroad described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 33 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian; thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 37 seconds West 81.41 feet on the South Line of the said Section 11 , also being the South line of said Block 33, to the Easterly right-of-way line of the BurlingtonNorthern Railroad thence, Northerly 108.92 feet on said Easterly right-of-way line on a curve to the left with a radius of 1,482.10 feet and a chord bearing North 19 degrees 41 minutes 39 seconds East 108.89 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of Illinois Route 71; thence, North 61 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds East 319.20 feet on said Southerly right-of-way line to the East line of Block 33; thence, South 0 degrees, 05 minutes 47 seconds West 254.61 feet said East line to the Southeast corner of said Block 33; thence, North 89 degrees 58 minutes 37 seconds.
