(3) 2017 6th Street Water Main Project – Presentation of the bids that were received and opened on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 10:00 am at Sandwich City Hall.

(4) Plan Commission regular meeting of Tuesday, September 12, 2017.

a. PC2017-03 (430 S. Dayton Street) – Plan Commission recommendation of approval of a special use to host weddings and celebrations in an outdoor setting in the O-1 zoning district by a vote of 3-1.

b. PC2017-04 (1210 E. Church Street) – Plan Commission recommendation of approval of a special use for a drive-up window for a fast food restaurant in the B-3 zoning district by a vote of 4-0.
