Manlius Fire Protection District responded to 15 calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the Illinois Valley Times.

The calls in Manlius included 11 fires - four structure fires, two vehicle fires and five other fires.

The department also received four false calls, including one malicious call and 3 other false calls.

The calls resulted in one civilian non-fire death.
