• Start of the Safety Policy and Procedures Manual update
o As previously discussed, we will update and seek a review of small sections at a time, this month it is Bloodborne Pathogens, Exposure Control Plan and Hazard Communication Plan Departmental Incidents
• Starting in December we will change to match the fiscal year, rather than calendar year
• September claims – 3
• Year-to-Date 25 Workers’ Compensation claims vs. 56 Workers’ Compensation claims last year, same time. Monthly Safety Topic
• Fire Safety - handouts
Next meeting is scheduled for November 1st, Sheriff Training Room
