The Illinois Valley Chamber of Commerce has called on Chris Dustin to help discuss "Generations in the Workforce" at its upcoming Business Breakfast Seminar.
Dustin is the managing director and senior adviser of Engagement Surveys for Gallagher Integrated, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services
"Chris Dustin conducts leadership presentations, training sessions, and workshops assisting and sharing best practices and strategic advice on how to improve overall business outcomes for clients," the chamber said in a press release. "Mr. Dustin has over 20 years of executive consulting experience, working with numerous organizations across a variety of industries in the analysis, guidance, and action planning on employee engagement results."

The seminar will stress areas such as understanding generations, millennials, best practices and how different generations impact the office.
The breakfast will be held at 7:15 a.m. Nov. 8 at Mario’s Maples in Peru.
