CPR classes designed for Peru-area health-care workers, including doctors, paramedics and respiratory therapists, as well as lifeguards, nursing students and certified nursing assists will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Illinois Valley Community Hospital Center for Rehabilitation and Aquatics, 925 West St., Peru.
The cost for the classes is $50, the Illinois Valley Area Chamber and Economic Development said in a posting on its website.
