Approval of November Semi-Monthly Bills in the total amount of $214,298.32
Mayor Olson:
(1) Approval of “Intergovernmental Agreement Among the Sandwich Community Unit School District #430 and the City of Sandwich for the Purchase of Gasoline and Diesel Fuels”. The City will be purchasing fuel from the School District that will be more cost effective and eliminate the need for duplicate fueling facilities.
(2) Ordinance 2017-15 entitled “Ordinance Amending the Municipal Code of Sandwich, Illinois Providing an Increase of the Number of Class K Liquor Licenses”. Presented for first reading, waive first reading, and motion to pass. Upon approval, the number of Class K (gaming lounges) liquor licenses will increase to 3.

a. PC2017-04: Request is for the recommendation of approval of a special use permit of a drive-up window for a fast food restaurant in a B-3 Zoning District at 1210 E. Church Street.
b. PC2017-05: Request is for the recommendation of approval of a special use permit of a body art establishment in a CBD-1 Zoning District at 5 N. Main Street.
(2) 2017 5th and 6th Streets Sanitary Sewer Lining Project: Recommendation to award the project (base bid + alternative #2) to Hoerr Construction Inc. of Goodfield, IL in an amount of $85,785.00.
