1. Public Hearing. On the petition of The Foreign Service (China) Group, petitioning to change the zoning and amending the zoning map for property commonly known as 1206 E. Elm Street from “R-1B” Single Family Medium Residential to “R-1B” PUD, Planned Unit Development under the provisions of Title 17, the Streator Municipal Code of Ordinances Zoning Code.

2. Plan Commission Recommendation 2017-11. Recommending approval of a change in zoning and amendment of the district zoning map for property described as Lots 1 thru 16 in Block 1 and Lots 1 thru 12 Block 2 in the Central Park Addition to the City of Streator, in Bruce Township, LaSalle County, Illinois from “R-1B” Single Family Medium Residential to “R-1B” PUD, Planned Unit Development zoning district under the provisions of the Streator municipal code of ordinances zoning code.

3. Plan Commission Recommendation 2017-12. Recommending approval of a preliminary plan for property described as Lots 1 thru 16 in Block 1 and Lots 1 thru 12 Block 2 in the Central Park Addition to the City of Streator, in Bruce Township, LaSalle County, Illinois

4. Plan Commission Recommendation 2017-13. Recommending approval and granting award of a “façade grant” to Adam and Jennifer McMullen, Owners, 317 E. Main Street in the amount of $15,000.
