Mayor Olson:
(1) Williams Architects & Harbour Construction / Proposed Police Department Discussion
(2) Ordinance 2017-15 entitled “Ordinance Amending the Municipal Code of Sandwich, Illinois Providing an Increase of the Number of Class K Liquor Licenses”. Presented for motion to pass. Upon approval, the number of Class K (gaming lounges) liquor licenses will increase to 3.
(3) Ordinance 2017-16 entitled “An Ordinance Granting a Special Use in the “CBD-1” Central Business District 1 Permitting the Operation of a Body Art Establishment at 5 N. Main Street by Matt Colwell d/b/a Family Pride Tattooing and Piercing” presented for first reading. Matt Colwell will be purchasing the existing business.
(4) Ordinance 2017-17 entitled “An Ordinance Granting a Special Use in the “B-3” Service, Automotive and Wholesale Business District Permitting the Operations of Drive Through Window Service for a Fast Food Restaurant at 1210 E. Church Street by Tri City Foods of Illinois, Inc” presented for first reading.

(2) 2014 Concrete Street Maintenance Project: Recommendation of pay request #3 (final) in an amount of $23,441.67 to Elliott & Wood Inc. of DeKalb, IL.
(3) Transfer of rain gage equipment from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources/Office of Water Resources to the City of Sandwich through an Intergovernmental Agreement
(4) Leaf Vacuuming: Mechanical issues prevented leaf vacuuming on Tuesday, November 21 & Wednesday, November 22nd. Leaf vacuuming is currently scheduled to end on December 1st.
(5) 2017 Lisbon Street – Green to Main Reconstruction Project
(6) 2017 6th Street Water Main Project
