Matthew Kauffman to speak on Hoover Solar LLC- and solar development in Bureau County.

Approve resolution for IDOT to allow BPART to provide public transportation.

Approve the Conditional Use request from Hoover Solar LLC to build a solar farm electric generating facility; East side of 300 E St. 1/4 mile south of 3000 N Ave - 2 applications (2 parcels of land in Fairfield Township)

2. Approve ordinance to have Walnut Ridge Wind LLC withdraw 2008 Conditional Use permits.

Conditional use permits were for the east transmission line for the Wind Farm.

Reconsider last month's motion to raise the starting salary of Deputy Clerks within the Courthouse. Rescind the motion from last month and approve setting the starting salary at $10.00/hour.
