(Alternate Revenue Source) of the City of Sandwich, DeKalb and Kendall Counties, Illinois”

Engineer Horak: 2017 6th Street Water Main Replacement Project:
a. Recommendation of approval of a change order #1 dated December 4, 2017 to add seven gate
valves for potable and fire service connections in an amount of $17,200.00
b. Recommendation of approval of pay request #1 in an amount of $256,314.60 to Performance
Construction and Engineering LLC of Plano, Illinois.
