I.President Woods called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
II. Roll call taken with everyone in attendance.
III. Pledge of Allegiance.
IV. Members of the public in attendance were Natalie Smigel.
V. 5.01. Shearer moved to approve the minutes for the October 16, 2017 regular board meeting. Mustered motioned to approve minutes as ammended. Shearer seconded. Acclimation vote taken with all ayes.
5.02 Jensen moved to approve financial & treasurer's reports, bills, and payroll. Mix seconded. Roll call taken with all ayes.
5.03 Jensen moved to approve tentative tax levy. Beavers seconded. Acclimation vote taken with all ayes.

VII. Mustered moved to enter into closed session at 7:04. Mix seconded. Acclimation vote taken with all ayes.
Jensen motioned to return to open session at 8:08. Mix seconded. Acclimation vote taken with all ayes.
