o Motion to adopt Ordinance 18-1 a resolution approving and adopting un updated non-harassment policy (including sexual harassment) to conform to Illinois Public Act 100-0554
o Motion to authorize hiring of full-time TC(S) to fill current vacancies
o Motion to formally authorize soliciting applications for future full and/or part-time TC positions
o Motion to engage Tom Melody and Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins to represent IVRD in negotiations with MAP Chapter 609
