(4) Ordinance 2018-03 entitled “An Ordinance Adopting the NFPA 101 ‘Code for Safety to Life from Fire in Buildings & Structures, 2015 Edition’ and the ‘International Fire Code, 2015 Edition’ as Amended”. The City will adopt the 2015 Editions of the International Fire Code 2015 and the NFPA 101 Code for Safety to Life from Fire in Buildings and Structures.

(1) Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting of Tuesday, February 27, 2018 has been canceled.
(2) Request waiver of the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/8-9-1 (exceeding $25,000 limit) to authorize the purchase of a 2018 Ford F-150 truck from Gjovik Ford in an amount of $27,939.00+ license + title. Motion must pass by a vote of two-thirds of all aldermen then holding office.
(3) Public Safety Complex Renovations at 1251 E. 6th Street: Recommendation of approval for the revised proposal from Etscheid, Duttlinger and Associates Inc. of Ottawa, IL (dated February 13, 2018) for a fixed fee amount of $38,500.00 and an estimated budgetary fee of $9,000 for possible restaking and construction administration.
(4) Resolution 18-01: A Resolution to Accept Planning Technical Assistance Services Delivered by the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. Resolution presented for action by the City Council
(5) Motion to authorize the Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Sandwich and the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning for participation in the CMAP Local Technical Assistance Program.
