Motion to award balance of FY 17 Façade Program to Promier Properties in the amount of $31,736.70

Motion to authorize approval of KTJ Engagement letter with Conflicts Waiver and Consent, Billing Rates and Expense Schedule for Legal Work on Multi Jurisdiction shared police services project for City of LaSalle, City of Peru, City of Oglesby, and City of Spring Valley and authorize the Mayor to sign the applicable conflict waivers on behalf of the City of Peru
