Discussion and potential action regarding the approval of Klein, Thorpe & Jenkins, Ltd. engagement letter with Conflicts Waiver and Consent, Billing Rates and Expense Schedule for legal work on multi-jurisdiction shared police services project for City of La Salle, City of Peru, City of Oglesby, and City of Spring Valley and authorize the Mayor to sign the applicable conflict waivers on behalf of the City of Peru and related matters.
Discussion and potential action to approve the commitment of $6,600 (33% of $20,000) in non-refundable startup funds toward expenses of Shared Services Committee work between the cities of La Salle, Peru, Oglesby and Spring Valley and related matters.
