a. Public Hearing - UAW Region 4 requests a conditional use of a planned unit development including preliminary plat for an office building located on 1000 East Center Street, legally described as: that part of the northwest quarter of section 13, township 33 north, range 3 east of the third principal meridian described as follows: lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 in block 3 and lots 3, 4,7,8,10,11,12 and 13 in block 5 in highland park subdivision and also those parts of vacated alleys, streets and avenues lying adjacent and between said lots and blocks, excepting therefrom the south 8 feet of said lot 8 in block 3 lying west of the east line of lot 11, block 3, extended northerly and also excepting the south 50 feet of said lot 11 in block 5, all situated in the City of Ottawa, County of LaSalle in the State of Illinois.
