Ottawa City Council met March 10.

Present: Daniel F. Aussem, James J. Less, and Robert M. Eschbach
Absent: Thomas G. Ganiere and Wayne A. Eichelkraut Jr.
Commissioner Aussem presented Resolution.
Moved by Commissioner Aussem that a Resolution requesting permission from the Illinois Department of Transportation to bore beneath Interstate 80, Route 71, and US Route 6, for the Route 71 sanitary sewer and water main project, be adopted.
Second by Less.
Ayes: Aussem, Less, and Mayor Eschbach.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Commissioner Less presented Resolution.
Moved by Commissioner Less that a Resolution authorizing a purchase commitment with the State of Illinois for fiscal year 2019, regarding bulk rock salt, be received and placed on file for public inspection.
Second by Aussem.
Ayes: Aussem, Less, and Mayor Eschbach.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Mayor Eschbach presented motion to adjourn.
Moved by Mayor Eschbach that this special meeting be adjourned.
Second by Less.
Ayes: Aussem, Less, and Mayor Eschbach.
Nays: None. Motion carried. Council adjourned at 10:02 a.m.
